Let me get this out of the way first (don’t think I’m bragging about this:)

I’m a multimillionaire real estate expert from Trenton, NJ, and over the last 22 years,
I’ve closed hundreds of deals and taught hundreds of people how to free up their time and pursue their dreams through real estate investing.

Now here’s the not-so-glamorous part. The part you NEED to hear.

My teenage and early adult years were filled with alcohol and drug abuse, and I became a High School Dropout. 

Even after cleaning up in my final year to earn my degree from the University of MN, it wasn’t long before I was back getting high with my friends at our neighborhood hangout.

I could barely keep a job because I spent my weekends getting high.

I Eventually Moved To Atlanta, Looking For The Life I Believed God Had For Me.

After going to rehab 6 times in 6 months, I asked God to make a change in my life.

And he responded by helping me get through rehab, helping me quit alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs for good in 1990.

Now clean, I tried several different jobs over a period of a decade, and I also ended up losing $12k in the stock market. Not good.

Believe me. I knew what it was like to trade your time for dollars!

Looking for a way to earn money without it consuming my entire life, I discovered real estate investing through a television infomercial from Carleton Sheets.
Long story short, I purchased my first rental property in 2000…

…and by 2002, by continuing to focus on real estate, I was a millionaire.

And while there are hundreds of real estate strategies out there, it was ONE proven blueprint that really took my business to the next level.

A strategy that even allowed me to continue earning during the 2008 recession! 

I don’t think it’s fair that a lot of people out there have success and don’t give anything back, which is why I’m sharing my proven blueprint with as many people as possible…
